Roy Austin – Professional Toastmaster
Bookings are accepted in good faith, by Roy Austin – Professional Toastmaster, based on the information provided by the client, and are deemed to be accepted only when the non-refundable booking fee of £200 payable and has been received 24hr of form sent. Email or text will be sent on arrival to confirm booking. The balance of the account is £450 subject to distance payable 28 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed. The right is reserved to increase the fee payable due to any altered instructions, e.g. time extended at event, or the venue change etc. In the event of non-arrival due to circumstances beyond my control, e.g., to include such events extreme weather conditions, industrial action, accidents, illness, every effort will be made to provide a substitute Professional Toastmaster in the first instance, and to pass on full details of the booking and planning documentation for the event. No extra costs will be incurred by me if you decide to bring in another Toastmaster or other Professional Body of your choice charging a higher fee.
Cancellation Charges
In the event of cancellation by the client for any reason, the following charges will apply from acceptance of a booking
Deposit Booking Fee is non-refundable in all cases, if cancelled up to 28 days before the event, balance of the full fee will be charged.
